Lamar Jackson is a full participant at Ravens practice for the first time since his ankle injury

Jackson has missed three straight games with what he said is a high ankle sprain. Coach Jesse Minter would not say whether he will play Sunday at Buffalo.

  • Lamar Jackson was a full participant in the Baltimore Ravens' practice Wednesday, the first time he has practiced fully since he hurt his left ankle, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported. The Ravens listed him as a full participant on their injury report.

  • Jackson jogged onto the field with the ankle taped and warmed up with center Cam Jurgens, Fox Sports reported. ESPN reported Tuesday that he is believed to be close to full strength and tracking toward playing Sunday at Buffalo, and Rapoport said Jackson is expected to return this weekend, according to Yahoo Sports.

Coach Jesse Minter did not commit to it. "I think the more you're able to do and respond from and feel from certainly raises your optimism," Minter said. "But again, we'll kind of see how it goes throughout the week."

  • Jackson hasn't played since he left the Oct. 4 win over Tennessee at halftime. Last week he told reporters he'd been told the injury is a high ankle sprain. He was limited in practice and listed as questionable before sitting out Sunday's 35-13 home loss to Cincinnati, his third straight missed game.

  • The Ravens are 4-3 and went 1-2 without him. They visit the 5-1 Bills, who lead the AFC East, on Sunday.
