Sunday's NFL schedule opened in London at 9:30 a.m. Eastern and ends with Detroit at Carolina on Sunday Night Football. This noon refresh adds confirmed early-game inactives while London is still in progress. The busiest window is 1 p.m., with eight games, before an unbeaten AFC West matchup between Kansas City and Las Vegas anchors the late slate.
The schedule below covers every Sunday game on October 4. CBS and FOX assignments depend on the local television market; the listing does not mean every regional game is available nationally. All times are Eastern.

Marcus Mariota was ruled out with a knee injury; rookie Athan Kaliakmanis replaced him. London remained in progress when this noon refresh was checked. The final score and result have not been added to this preview.
Early window: Dallas' rebuilt secondary meets Collins
Dallas at Houston is a useful first test of the Cowboys' secondary changes. Dallas added Joey Porter Jr. during the week and elevated Reddy Steward and Juanyeh Thomas Saturday. The Dallas Morning News reported that this is Steward's second elevation and Thomas' first this season. Cobie Durant remains out with a hamstring injury. Malik Hooker and Shavon Revel are not on Dallas' official inactive list.
Houston receiver Nico Collins is not on the Texans' official inactive list after practicing fully Friday. Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair is out with a groin injury. Collins' clearance makes the receiving matchup worth watching; it does not establish how many snaps he will play after his absence.
Rams–Eagles shares the 1 p.m. window, with significant absences on both sides. Philadelphia's newer 11:47 a.m. team announcement lists Lane Johnson inactive for personal reasons, alongside DeVonta Smith, Hollywood Brown, Dallas Goedert and other unavailable starters.
The Rams also made Colby Parkinson inactive, adding to the tight-end shortage after Terrance Ferguson went on injured reserve. Philadelphia's Saturday elevations give Zach Ertz and Josiah Deguara game-day roster places. Those moves establish who is available; the team has not announced a target share.
Tennessee–Baltimore's receiver decision is settled: Zay Flowers is active, as is left tackle Ronnie Stanley. Titans running backs Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears are also active. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that a hard snap limit is not expected for Flowers after last week's restriction; that is reporting about the anticipated plan, not a guarantee of his workload.
Elsewhere in the early window, the official inactive lists confirm Breece Hall unavailable for the Jets, Caleb Williams unavailable for Chicago and Baker Mayfield unavailable for Tampa Bay. Patriots–Bills also features defensive absences: Christian Gonzalez, Christian Barmore and Channing Canada are inactive for New England, while Christian Benford is inactive for Buffalo. Jacksonville cornerback Montaric Brown is inactive against Cincinnati.
Late window: unbeaten AFC West teams and Seattle's depleted backfield
Kansas City and Las Vegas both enter 3–0 for their 4:25 p.m. meeting. Their position atop the division gives this game immediate weight. Denver–San Francisco and Chargers–Seahawks begin at the same time; Miami–Minnesota opens the late window at 4:05.
Seattle placed rookie running back Jadarian Price on injured reserve Saturday, requiring him to miss at least four games, and signed Velus Jones Jr. to its active roster. Price aggravated his chest injury in Wednesday's practice, the team reported. The Chargers' Ladd McConkey remains questionable with a foot injury after returning to limited practice Friday. The 4:25 games' usual inactive deadline is 2:55 p.m. Eastern, so those decisions come after the early games have started.
Sunday night: Carolina's receiving depth against Detroit
Lions–Panthers closes the day at 8:20 p.m. on NBC. Carolina placed Xavier Legette on injured reserve Saturday and elevated Ja'seem Reed. Jalen Coker remains questionable with a quadriceps injury. That leaves another meaningful receiver decision later in the day, with the usual inactive deadline around 6:50 p.m. Eastern.
Carolina also announced Saturday that right tackle Monroe Freeling had cleared concussion protocol, removing his game designation. The newer team announcement supersedes the earlier Friday questionable listing. The Panthers have an available tackle, a confirmed Legette absence and an unresolved Coker decision entering the night window.
This preview was refreshed at noon Eastern on Sunday, October 4, after the London and 1 p.m. inactive lists were published. London was still in progress. Late-afternoon and Sunday-night inactive lists had not yet been verified; McConkey and Coker therefore remain unresolved in the sections above. Recheck those later roster decisions before each game's deadline.
