The Green Bay Packers host the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football at Lambeau Field, and the Packers will do it with a reshuffled offensive line. Kickoff is 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video, and DraftKings has Green Bay as a 3.5-point favorite with a total of 46.5.
Green Bay lost starting center Sean Rhyan and backup Jacob Monk in Sunday's 20-17 loss at Detroit, according to the Associated Press, and right guard Travis Glover is out with a knee injury. Wide receiver Matthew Golden is questionable with a shoulder injury, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Thursday morning that he is trending toward playing.
The Packers added cornerback Keisean Nixon to the injury report Thursday afternoon with a shoulder issue, and he is questionable. Defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt (ankle) is also questionable, and linebacker Zaire Franklin misses a second straight game.

The bigger story on that side is Josh Jacobs. He made his season debut Sunday after spending the first six games on the commissioner's exempt list, and Green Bay badly needs him. MarShawn Lloyd leads the team with 142 rushing yards through seven games, per ESPN. "The standard is still the standard regardless of who's in there," Jacobs said of the new-look line.
That sets up a fair test. Carolina just watched Tampa Bay run all over it in a 43-13 loss at home, and edge rusher Jaelan Phillips (hamstring) is out. The Panthers also ruled out guard Damien Lewis and lineman Torricelli Simpkins III, and they moved cornerback Akayleb Evans to injured reserve Thursday and signed Malcolm DeWalt IV to the active roster. Defensive tackle Bobby Brown III is questionable with a hand injury.
Bryce Young has thrown for 1,712 yards with 12 touchdowns and four interceptions, and Tetairoa McMillan leads Carolina with 511 receiving yards. Jordan Love has 1,958 yards, 13 touchdowns and five interceptions, with Christian Watson his top target at 595 yards and six scores.
Carolina won 16-13 at Lambeau last November. "We know that doesn't entitle us to anything," Young said.
What to watch: Whether Jacobs can get going behind a line missing two starters. If Green Bay can run on a defense that just gave up 43, the Packers should get to 5-3. If not, this looks a lot like last year's game.
