Josh Allen’s Dana Point home offers a smaller-scale coastal idea than many athlete estates: put the everyday rooms on one level and let them open outside. The vaulted family room is the center of the plan, with sliding doors giving the garden a role in daily life rather than leaving it as scenery beyond the windows.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback bought the property in 2023, according to Realtor.com’s September 2026 reporting. The Stavros Group’s listing shows four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,808 square feet, with an asking price of $7.995 million. That exact broker figure is more useful than the rounded amounts in some coverage. It does not establish a sale or predict what a buyer will pay.

Read source ↗ Andy Stavros’s team published a short property tour in July 2025. It is an archived marketing view of the same home, so it helps explain the layout without pretending that every visible furnishing is part of today’s offering. Watch how the family room, dining space and exterior openings connect before concentrating on individual finishes.

The kitchen has quartz counters and storage, while the dining room gives meals a defined place beside the main living space. In a house of this size, those boundaries can make an open plan easier to use: the rooms remain connected without every activity happening around one table.
The primary bedroom adds a sitting area and direct outdoor access. The broker says three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all four open toward outside spaces. That arrangement makes the garden part of the private rooms as well as the communal ones.
The roughly 11,900-square-foot lot backs onto Monarch Bay’s private park, with gated access. Importantly, the listing describes potential for a pool or other backyard improvements; it does not say a new resort-style pool is already there. Residents also have access to the community’s private beach club, which the broker says is managed by the Waldorf Astoria.
Our favorite feature remains the single-level flow. A big view or exclusive club is hard to reproduce elsewhere, but a comfortable room with a clear route outdoors is a design idea that works well beyond this corner of the California coast.
