Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Rancho Santa Fe estate treats different interests as different destinations. The main house, a clubhouse and a wellness building have distinct jobs, with paths and gardens connecting them. That is the most useful way to understand the compound: its scale allows music, exercise and ordinary home life to occupy their own spaces.
Homes of Celebs reported July 29, 2026, that the couple had relisted the property for $45 million. The Beverly Hills Estates’ official listing shows the same asking price for Amor Estate in gated Del Rayo Estates. An asking price describes an offering, not a completed sale or a guarantee of the property’s value.

The Beverly Hills Estates — official property tour
Read source ↗ The brokerage’s original video provides the property tour. Its listing credits Branden Williams, Mark Young and Ciara Short, and describes approximately eight acres, nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in the main offering. Those details establish the scale, but the arrangement of the buildings explains more about how the place might work.

The clubhouse combines a lounge and bar with an arcade, candy shop and professional recording studio. It is an unusually personal collection of functions, consistent with a property associated with a musician and an athlete. The listing establishes the facilities; it does not tell us how often either owner used them, or what was recorded there.
The wellness building has a gym and recovery facilities, including a sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunges. It opens toward a combined football and soccer field. Elsewhere, the broker describes a multi-sport court for tennis, basketball and pickleball. Training and play are spread across the grounds rather than squeezed into a single basement room.
The main residence supplies quieter settings. Its primary suite opens to a private courtyard with a hot tub and fire feature, while a cinema gives movie nights an indoor destination. A separate two-bedroom guest house overlooks the saltwater pool and gardens.
Our favorite idea is the distinction between gathering places and retreat spaces. Few homes can duplicate this number of buildings, but a smaller house can still benefit from a room with one clear purpose. The official tour offers the larger example: several interests accommodated together, with enough distance for each to have its own atmosphere.
