  • Matt Holliday’s Stillwater, Oklahoma, home is asking $8.95 million, with a professionally lit baseball field among the amenities. The Agency Oklahoma’s current listing offers the retired major leaguer’s property with 20 acres, five bedrooms and 7,500 square feet of living space. Additional land is available.

  • The acreage matters when comparing that figure with the estate’s original price. Mansion Global reported September 29 that Holliday listed the property in February for $12 million with the full 136 acres. The latest reduction, made September 28, accompanies the smaller 20-acre offering. It therefore does not describe an identical parcel becoming $3.05 million cheaper.

  • Listing agent Wyatt Poindexter’s February 18 video provides an archival tour of the property. Its description refers to the original 136-acre estate; the current broker listing supplies the present asking price and land offering.

  • The one-level residence was built in 2022. Its seven bathrooms comprise six full baths and one half bath, according to the listing, which also identifies a four-car garage. Two separate offices offer room for work away from the main living spaces. The primary suite has separate closets, while Gucci wallpaper is among the interior finishes the broker highlights.

Outside, the listing describes a two-level pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen, along with a pond and putting green. The recreational facilities extend indoors with pickleball and basketball courts. A guest house, workshop and RV hookups add space for visitors and other uses beyond the main residence. The broker also lists a Crestron system and says roughly $3 million in custom furnishings is included.

Baseball gives the estate its strongest connection to Holliday’s career and family. Mansion Global describes turf, bleachers and a fire pit behind home plate, and reports that his sons practiced on the field. Jackson plays for Baltimore; Ethan was Colorado’s fourth overall draft selection in 2025. The broker’s property page also identifies indoor batting cages and a gym.

  • The current listing remains marked for sale. Its outdoor sports spaces, courts and guest accommodations make the property a sizable recreational compound, while the revised land offering is an essential detail for anyone following its price history.
