  • Tyler Huntley threw two touchdown passes, ran for the go-ahead score in overtime and helped Baltimore escape Atlanta with a 30-23 win Sunday night. Kyle Hamilton’s interception of Tua Tagovailoa on the Falcons’ answering possession finished a comeback that had looked unlikely with less than three minutes left in regulation.

  • Huntley’s one-yard keeper capped a 14-play, 68-yard drive that consumed the first 7:03 of overtime. Derrick Henry carried the ball seven times on that possession as Baltimore controlled the clock and worked toward the goal line. The Ravens took a 30-23 lead with 2:57 remaining, then Hamilton intercepted a pass intended for Drake London to end Atlanta’s response.

  • Baltimore needed a late touchdown and two-point conversion just to reach the extra period. Nick Folk’s 48-yard field goal had given Atlanta a 23-15 advantage with 2:31 left in the fourth quarter. Huntley led the Ravens back downfield, with Rashod Bateman gaining 20 yards on a catch that put the ball at the Atlanta 7. Devontez Walker caught the touchdown pass on the next play with 40 seconds remaining.

  • Henry then took a direct snap and ran in the two-point conversion, tying the game at 23. The Ravens had failed on their earlier two-point attempt, when Jessie Bates III broke up a pass to Mark Andrews. This time Baltimore completed the eight-point response it needed, then kept Atlanta from producing a regulation winner.

  • Bates had supplied Atlanta’s first touchdown long before that late stand. Sydney Brown forced an Andrews fumble in the first quarter, and Bates returned it 36 yards for a score. After Tyler Loop’s opening field goal, that play put the Falcons ahead 7-3. Michael Penix Jr. later finished an Atlanta scoring drive with a five-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Pitts, helping establish a 14-9 halftime lead.

Loop made two 51-yard field goals before halftime. Folk added a short field goal in the third quarter before Huntley found Henry for an 18-yard receiving touchdown that cut Atlanta’s lead to 17-15. Justice Hill’s 47-yard run helped set up that score. Folk’s two fourth-quarter field goals restored Atlanta’s cushion, but the Falcons could not protect it through the final drive.

  • Huntley, starting with Lamar Jackson sidelined by an ankle injury, completed 24 of 32 passes for 201 yards without an interception. Henry ran for 102 yards on 24 carries and added the receiving touchdown. Hill rushed for 73 yards on four attempts. London led Atlanta’s receivers with seven catches for 118 yards, while Bijan Robinson rushed for 86 yards.

Penix passed for 240 yards and a touchdown before a late fourth-quarter hit left him with a rib injury. He briefly returned after Tagovailoa handled one play, but Tagovailoa took over for Atlanta’s overtime possession. The Falcons’ official report also listed cornerback C.J. Henderson as questionable to return with a groin injury. No recovery timetable was established in the game reports.

Baltimore improved to 4-1, while Atlanta fell to 2-3. The Falcons remain home to face Chicago next Sunday.
