  • Texas A&M scored its four touchdowns on the ground and kept Arkansas off the scoreboard for the final three quarters Saturday, winning 34–7 at Kyle Field. KJ Edwards ran for two scores, while Marcel Reed and Carsyn Baker supplied the other rushing touchdowns in a game the Aggies controlled through long possessions and repeated defensive stops.

Edwards and Reed each finished with 66 rushing yards. Texas A&M totaled 231 yards on 49 carries, held the ball for 38:08 and converted nine of 16 third downs. Arkansas had only 21:52 of possession and finished with 214 total yards, leaving its defense little time to recover between Aggies drives.

The lead grew early. Baker's two-yard touchdown put Texas A&M ahead 7–0, and Edwards added a 20-yard scoring run for a two-touchdown advantage. Arkansas answered with KJ Jackson's 26-yard touchdown pass to Chris Marshall late in the first quarter. That was the Razorbacks' only scoring play.

  • Reed's one-yard touchdown in the second quarter restored the 14-point cushion. David Olano then made a 57-yard field goal, sending the Aggies into halftime with a 24–7 lead. The long kick added points at the end of a half in which Arkansas had already struggled to keep Texas A&M's offense off the field.

  • Edwards scored again from three yards in the third quarter. Olano's 50-yard field goal in the fourth finished the scoring, giving Texas A&M points in every period. The Aggies did not need a passing touchdown: Reed completed 13 of 19 attempts for 170 yards without an interception, adding enough through the air to support the rushing attack.

Kiotti Armstrong's 54-yard reception was Texas A&M's longest pass play. TK Norman caught three passes for 36 yards, and Isaiah Horton had two catches for 35. Rueben Owens II added 43 yards on 14 rushing attempts, helping the Aggies distribute the work behind Edwards and Reed.

  • Arkansas completed just three of 10 third-down attempts and failed on both fourth-down tries. Jackson went 13 of 25 for 111 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Marshall caught seven passes for 76 yards, while Sutton Smith's five receptions gained 24. Only three Razorbacks caught a pass.

Smith also led Arkansas with 41 rushing yards, and Braylen Russell added 40. Their production could not produce another score after Marshall's touchdown. Texas A&M's final advantage came with no turnovers and 23 first downs against Arkansas' 14, a combination that let the Aggies keep extending possessions while the Razorbacks searched for an answer.
