Allen creates a scoring play
The teams were tied 13-13 at halftime. Tyler Bass put Buffalo in front with a 47-yard field goal early in the third quarter, and Dorian Williams intercepted Cousins to give the Bills another possession.
Allen turned that takeaway into a 12-yard touchdown pass to Keon Coleman. Under pressure, he improvised a short delivery to Coleman for a 23-13 lead.
The Bills' official clip shows Allen finding a way to finish the play:
Allen also threw a 9-yard touchdown to Khalil Shakir in the second quarter. The Coleman score brought his combined regular-season and postseason passing-touchdown total to 258, matching Jim Kelly's franchise mark.
Las Vegas stayed close with Matt Gay's field goals and a productive receiving afternoon. Michael Mayer caught seven passes for a career-high 95 yards, and Brock Bowers added four receptions for 70.
Cook answers the tying drive
Cousins led a 91-yard touchdown drive capped by an 11-yard pass to Tre Tucker. The extra point tied the game at 23 with 8:07 left, putting the result back on Buffalo's offense.
Cook supplied 46 of the 66 yards on the Bills' response, including a 26-yard reception. His 3-yard touchdown restored Buffalo's lead with 4:43 remaining.
Buffalo's official video captures the go-ahead score:
The Bills then forced a three-and-out. Bass made a 38-yard field goal with 1:56 left, extending the lead to 33-23 and forcing Las Vegas to score twice.
Tucker caught a 44-yard touchdown with 1:32 remaining, his second scoring reception of the day. He finished with five catches for 97 yards. Buffalo recovered the ensuing onside kick and ran out the clock.
Las Vegas converted only two of its five red-zone trips into touchdowns. Ashton Jeanty's 1-yard first-quarter run supplied its other touchdown, but the Raiders could not turn their late offensive production into a win.
Bills safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson was ejected for spitting in the first half. Bradley Chubb and Dalton Kincaid each returned after injury interruptions. Buffalo next plays Baltimore on November 1; Las Vegas hosts the Rams next Sunday.
