Chad Mumm and Wells Adams turn an evening at Cabot Citrus Farms’ short course into a competitive skins game in Skratch’s latest video. Published September 30, the episode puts $1,000 into play at The Wedge, with carried holes keeping Adams in the match after Mumm’s early lead.
The format gives each hole its own value. The opener is worth $50, subsequent holes rise in value, and the last carries a $200 skin. Ties move the money forward, so a run of ordinary pars can leave the next short hole worth considerably more.

Mumm collects the opening skins while Adams struggles to convert putts. The match then becomes a series of missed chances: neither player can always take advantage when the other leaves an opening.

Adams eventually wins a hole worth three accumulated skins, a $275 swing that gives the closing stretch some tension. Mumm answers with a birdie on the next hole. Before the finale, the players count seven skins for Mumm and three for Adams, with the final $200 still available.
The closing exchange confirms Mumm has won. The episode is less a display of polished scoring than a reminder of how much a short match can turn on the next putt. The published video does not identify its filming date.
The course supplies the difficulty
The Wedge is an 11-hole par-3 course designed by Mike Nuzzo. Cabot’s official description identifies dramatic green slopes, varied lies and large waste areas; lighting lets golfers continue after dusk.
Those contours repeatedly enter the players’ conversations as they judge where to land wedges and how putts will break. A short approach does not leave an automatic birdie chance, and getting onto the green does not settle the hole.
The new episode follows the pair’s earlier Cabot trip coverage, but narrows the focus to one match. Watch the full round above for the carryovers, missed opportunities and late response that decide it.
